Insurance Backed Guarantee
Our network of vetted and accredited installers are able to register and pay for the Insurance Backed Guarantee (IBG) on your behalf. The IBG offers protection in the event your installer ceases to trade and is unable to honour their written workmanship guarantee.*
Your selected installer may also be able to safeguard a deposit payment that you have paid to them with deposit protection insurance. The deposit protection insurance is limited to a maximum of 25% of the installation contract value, up to a maximum deposit amount of £5,000.*
Our insurance covers domestic installations for properties used for residential purposes, such as your home. Your selected Accredited Installer can choose varied durations of IBG to match the duration of their own workmanship guarantee.
